We've got stolen at the hotel

We forgot our credit card at the hotel. Next day we had 3 transactions for a total of 6.000 usd from the hotel. Neither the hotel check the card holders name or an employee of the hotel use our credit card. This is iligal, we already contact the authorities Be careful with your belongings and credit card they can still you

Ok place to stay but I would not particularly recommend.

Nice bright area for breakfast. Good location, close to bars and restaurants but in a quieter part. Friendly staff.

Front doorbell woke us up 2 nights. Took ages for someone to answer it. Our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay although one of the staff did give us clean towels and took our rubbish. Noise from the pool heater was very loud most of the day.

Location is fine, some minutes walk away from the restaurant area (though some of the most expensive ones are just next door). Quiet at night. Pool area looked ok. Staff was helpful.

The place is a typical "once nice, didn't know how to maintain it" place like one can find so many in latin America. Don't believe the photos, must have been made on opening day. Loads of things in the rooms are broken or shabby, like cupboards falling from the walls, windows unable to lock etc. Room was tiny, bed smallish and uncomfortable. Breakfast times are early and short, even on weekends.

The rooms were not ready when we arrived at 6PM The safes did bot have batteries There was no milk for cereal at breakfast There was bo cereal at breakfast

Nice 3-star Hotel in a GREAT Location!

In real estate it's location, location, location and this property definitely had it! I can not say enough about how well the Las Rosas Boutique Hotel was located. It was in the heart of El Poblado with amazing restaurants and bars within steps of its front door. It was about a 15 minute walk to the metro station so there was easy access to the entire city. But seriously, the restaurants that were almost next door to the hotel were amazing. Try OCI.mde and Mistura is you want really good food really close to your hotel. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the open concept was something special. If you walk all the way to the 4th floor and then go up the additional steps you can get a really great view of the city. I didn't have the opportunity to try the swimming pool, but it was nice, clean, and seemed to stay sunny throughout the day. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were good. You could order eggs to your liking. All in all, I would recommend this hotel, but be prepared, it is not a 5-star property, so some things were a bit lacking.

The bathrooms could have been a bit better. The showers either didn't have hot water all the time, or if they did, the hot water trickled out. Otherwise, the rooms were great.

Quality place at a very affordable price.

Lovely place close to whatever you want to explore in El Poblado. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the price was excellent for a budget traveler looking for a quality place to call home for the night. Gotta love Medellin.

A mixed review, obviously. Comfortable bed. Great location. Pleasant staff. Some fixable problems.

A very comfortable, huge bed in a relatively small room.

NO CLOSET! Which really disappointed my female partner. The shower had a very defective curtain... a lot of leaking. The sink had no stopper. Breakfast was tolerable but the coffee stewed and dreadful - unforgivable in Colombia.

Perfectly situated in Poblado, room a bit cramped

The hotel is perfectly situated on a quiet, green and lush location. 3 mins walk from the buzz of Poblado, 20 mins walk from the metro station. Loved the pool for some afternoon refreshment. Very friendly desk staff, proper breakfast.

Some rooms looked very nice and spacious, like shown on the pictures. But we were put in a rather small room in the back, without much natural light. A bit disapointing start of our honeymoon.

The location is great (central in Poblado but srill calm) and the breakfast is good. You can select from a choice of eggs which are freshly prepared

The bathroom is a little bit unhandy and it takes very long to get hot water in the shower (but then works well!)

Price Does Not Match Service

This hotel is overpriced for the level of service. Front desk staff is not very helpful. Located 20 minute walk from Poblado metro stop up an incline. Breakfast isn't super tasty. Hallways and breakfast areas echo noise into the rooms. No late checkout.
